Seahorse Nebula B150 and Fireworks Galaxy NGC6946

Barnard 150 is a dark nebula so dense that it absorbs all the light coming from the stars behind it, 1200 light years from Earth and visible in the constellation Cepheus.
Next to it is the fireworks galaxy whose name is due to the number of supernovae observed, as many as ten in the last 100 years.
