Shortlisted Works for 2025 Optolong Deep-Sky Astrophotography Competition

 

 

 

We are thrilled to announce that the 7th Optolong 2025 Deep-Sky Astrophotography Competition has concluded its submission phase with an outstanding response.

A total of 506 entries were received, including 412 submissions for the DeepSky Group and 94 for the Solar System Group.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every participant for your passion, creativity, and dedication in capturing the wonders of the cosmos.

 

After a careful preliminary review, 250 works have been shortlisted for the next stage. This includes 188 entries from the DeepSky Group and 62 from the Solar System Group. Congratulations to all the selected entrants!

This marks the beginning of the judging phase, where all shortlisted works will be evaluated by our panel of five professional judges. The final results of the competition will be officially announced on January 28.
