Hello everyone

It took me 2 and a half years to make my first mosaic with asiair happy-1... but now it's done.
This target is before a test of the new Optolong L-Para filter that was sent to me for testing. The L-Para is a Bi band (HO) with a fairly wide band (10nm).

What could be better than a large expanse of emission nebula in the Monoceros with the rosette and the Christmas tree nebula available for most of the night?

Here is this 3-panel mosaic shot with the FRA400 and its reducer (280mm focal length at F3.9) over 1? nights to obtain 3 hours per panel under a Bortle 7/8 sky.

Here is the stacked image.

And here's the extraction of the R and V layers that I used to make my HOO version in image 4

The filter is not as restrictive as an L-ultimate, which cuts at 3nm for light pollution, but it's still very effective.
No halo on the big stars, and I'm waiting to be able to test it at high speed on my sigma 135 at F1.8.
I'm preparing a small comparative test with the L utltimate, which is coming soon.
