Hi everyone, here's a quick comparison test of the Optolong Astronomy Filter L-Para and L-Utlimate.
The 2 are duoband filters (Ha OIII), the Para with a fairly wide band (10nm) and the L utlimate with a narrower band (3nm).
The 2 filters were used at the same moonless period and 2 km as the crow flies from Nancy, so a bortle between 7 and 8 for 30 min each.

The setup is an asi 2600mc pro on an asakar 400 + reducer, i.e. 280 mm focal length at f3.9.
Not surprisingly, the L ultimate handles light pollution a little better and contrasts are more accentuated.
The extraction of the Green layer that I use for the OIII is more detailed and a little less noisy. But the signal is really present, and I was surprised by my mosaic with only 3 hours exposure per panel,
I still have the high speed test to do with my sigma 135 at F1.8.
