Testing the new Optolong L-Para.
The Orion Nebula M42 is one of the brightest diffuse nebulae in the night sky visible even to the naked eye at a distance of about 1500 light years lies in the centre of Orion's sword.
I chose this subject for a new test with the L-para filter and also in this shot I noticed the well balanced and contrasted sky background compared to the nebula, stars without halos and a nice defined signal in both h-alpha and o3.
